Why Recycle?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UKs fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, which we at Vytronix Ltd, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination – harming wildlife and also human health. This is something we should all work towards collectively to avoid.
How do I know if my product can be recycled?
Products which can be recycled are marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol (see below).
Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
Where can I recycle my product?
If you’re purchasing one of our products you can take advantage of our Take Back Scheme allowing you to send back your old equivalent product to us so it can be recycled. Please see: take-back-scheme
If you’re unable to take advantage of our Take Back Scheme, don’t forget you can take the product to be safely treated and recycled at your local recycling center.
